Vista Premium x64 with Visual Studio 2008 Express Edition

Anyone using this combination?

If so, is downloading some SDK needed ?

I've built on 32 bit WinXp and run on Vista Ultimate 64.
Of course the build was a 32 bit build, but in looking through
the tabs I found the abilitiy to set the destination arch which looks
like I can set it to 64 bit and use as a cross compiler.
