Yes but it will only utilize 1CPU or core.

This is not that new. But it just doesn't work for chess. Ken Kennedy at Rice worked on this type of problem for _years_. and they produced good results for some simple algorithms with huge computational requirements. I tried it on a version of Cray Blitz back in the middle 80's and it just fell apart, as the alpha/beta search doesn't have loops with no dependencies, making automated parallel conversion impossible with the tools of then (or today).
