Framework has 0,9/1,5 ELO progress in last 2 months. Nothing spectacular. Needs about 100 000 games to detect :) .

They are not not similar test. At framework Stockfish Dev plays Stockfish Default but at SPCC test Stockfish Dev plays different chess engines.
At SPCC elo difference between Stockfish Dev. and Stockfish 13 is 4- 8 elo at 21000 (3 x 7000) games. I think 21000 games is a sufficient number to decide.
