Hi Angle,

good results from Wasp!!

The Texel 1.08a13 and Gull 3.0 Sy not running with good results.
Later if I have the complete 2.000 games from FCP Toruney I can compare again a bit but after many test-games with the time control I am using and the Intel hardware I am quite sure that the versions are stronger.

Thank you for your tournament, like it ...

:-)

Yeah. I'm really impressed! The pawn movement by new Wasp is just fantastic!

I don'r like time management by Gull 3-syz under this incremental TC. Roughly speaking, it either uses zero time or all remaining time per move.

Hi Angle,

yes, I like it so much to use Wasp for opening analyzes or mid-game analyzes with the very aggressive pawns. To play on DGT-Pi with one of the levels alo. Never a chess computer have such an aggressive program with 1500-2700 Elo inside. And all this without blunders, engine plays with intention (Stockfish in DGT chess computer, I dislike a lot).

For self playing Wasp is just great with the human style I like so much.

SlowChess produced a very great playing style also.
Round 03 vs. Wasp in my tourney.

SlowChess ignored many ... for humans ... logical moves and plays 100% the attacking moves. Such things Wasp can see with a great king safty but SlowChess is faster and stronger. I am looking the game yesterday live and after the game I am frazzled. Three hours a good sleeping needed!!

If you like to replay the game with the interesting A15 opening system ...

Sorry that I put it in your thread!
But I like the game so much ... Wasp is fighting vs. an gigantic MONSTER!
Godzilla vs. Spiderman

Jonathan can rename his SlowChess to Godzilla, time for it.

But I like the game so much ...
Dramatic game indeed! Slow has got huge attacking potential! But I believe that Wasp plays its own very attractive chess and is on the right track!

Wasp is fighting vs. an gigantic MONSTER!

Godzilla vs. Spiderman

Jonathan can rename his SlowChess to Godzilla, time for it.
It would be time for it when Slow begins to beat Stockfish, Leela, and Dragon (at least Komodo 14 as the first step)

Leela 0.26.3 CPU showed an amazingly strong result with the *old* T703350 net. Very nice result and playing style was shown by all three versions of Wasp and by the new versions of Nirvanachess and Halogen. All three Minic NN versions seems to be very close (and obviously stronger than Minic 2.53 HCE). Nearly equal results were shown by three Marvin versions and by two Demolito versions. Arasan 22.2, Texel 0.8a13, and Gull 3-syz 140616 became the main disappointments of the tournament. Probably. I took the wrong compilies for this tourney. Now I am running a quick test of different Arasan 22.2 compiles. Although, the bmi2 version (which played in the tourney) was the fastets Arasan 22.2 compile in my previous speed tests, I have learned many times that the fastest doesn't mean the best.

Thanks to all who followed the Tournament!

My next tourney will include Ansdscacs (ver. 0.1 NNUE and older version(s)), Defenchess, Ethereal, Igel, Leela, Minic NNUE, Nemorino NNUE, Pedone NNUE, RubiChess NNUE, Schooner, SlowChess, Wasp (may be also Arasan, Toga III 0.1 NR, and other engines).
