You still use Counter 3.5 in your tournaments. According to my tests, ver. 3.6 is about 100 ELO stronger. I have read that there were some (anti)virus problems with downloading/installing Counter 3.6. Try this link to the archive that I have zipped myself:

Same issue. Sophos Home detects it as a threat and deletes it.

Same issue. Sophos Home detects it as a threat and deletes it.

It's sad. My AVG Antivirus doesn't find anything bad in it. I am sure that the binary has no real virus in it and doesn't harm my computer.
