Graham/others,
At https://ccrl.chessdom.com/ccrl/404FRC/r ... t_all.html I read that a 5 men tablebase is used.
My question now is: is the tb used in the tournament software? Or are syzgy/others selected in the chess-program? ("engine")

Re: ccrl & table bases
In the case of my testing, I use ChessGUI.
Each engine can access whichever type of tablebases it uses.

Re: ccrl & table bases
Both - the engines use them in search where able, and the GUi will do tablebase adjudication.flok wrote: ↑Wed Apr 15, 2020 9:27 pm Graham/others,
