Indeed 61441 is a strong network in the 6xx series. Did you change any settings for Lc0 for this match?
There is something strange with regard to 5 series network. Though they boost higher Elo's, they play poorly against strong AB engines like Stockfish.
Their size too is smaller than 4 & 6 series. Not sure why. 6 series network Elo is in the the range of 27xx but play stronger against SF.

I only change max batch to 512. And cache to a higher value. 61441 is playing very well on my system. It looks to be stronger given 15 to 20 seconds a move or longer on my system. 61441 has not lost to stockfish above those time controls.
