So Komodo 13.1 x64 4CPU now has the exact same rating as Komodo 13.02 x64 4CPU ? And Komodo 11.2 x64 4CPU is still the strongest 4CPU Komodo ? The challenge with Komodo is we need several thousands of games to get a clearer picture.

The CCRL 40/4 list shows +32 and +23 elo for K13.1 over 13.01, and the fastGM 10' + 6" list shows +17. If we combine these results with yours (+6, -5) we get +73/5 = +15 elo, which is probably pretty accurate. The differences could all be due to sample error, or perhaps there is some other factor at work, such as different hardware used, different books, different opponents, etc. It would be difficult to tell.
Komodo rules!
