I am working on my connection to your TLCV server.

Do you know by chance which protocol do I need to connect there. I have many options such as TCP, UDP.... etc.
Not sure offhand, but I'm sure that somebody will answer.

May be you have a firewall problem?
Try to open (or allow) the TLCV's port manually?
(I use TCP here)

TLCV/TLCS use UDP

You need to allow incoming UDP at ports 160xx (firewall/router), which is what Graham uses to broadcast IIRC

On my router I opened ports 16000-16005 with UDP for my PC. Still does not work. Can't even ping Grahams server.

I have added rules for Tom's Viewer that should allow it to connect. Even with the Firewall turned off there is no connection.

Hmm, maybe it could be related to DS-Lite?

Similar issue here:
https://github.com/kmar/livius/issues/5

If that's the case, you may need to contact your ISP

Yes I think DS-Lite might be the issue.
