Which net is being use for lc0? Also, how is lc0 configured for 4CPU?

11258 as you've recommended.
Lc0 is only using 1CPU as noted.

So 11258-112x9-se? For 4 CPU you could use 4 threads (-t 4).

Yes - 11258 112x9-se.
Trying to use this version of Lc0 with more than 1CPU leads to crashes.

This is 0.20.1.
I've not tried 0.20.2 yet.
