Hello Sergio,

Please chalk up FrankWalter for the Netherlands (team 3, I suppose;-)

Also, I would like to join the regular Swiss tournament (edition VIII?)!

Thanks!

I have created a temporary page to add to the engines that are going to participate in the tournament I want to remind you that I allow more than one engine per author, and any engine that is free, commercial or private.

You can follow the new additions here:

Hi Sergio,

As I mentioned before, I would be honored if Winter got to play for Switzerland again. Hopefully it will manage first seed this time :)
On a side note, I am trying to convince a friend to try for a late entry. He will be busy for the next two weeks, but after that I am hoping he will run out of excuses :P Its a good thing "Switzerland" is so far back alphabetically speaking
He has never written a chess engine before, but he wrote a very strong engine for the game of reversi and it was him who introduced me to bitboards as a concept. Assuming the same remaining participants as last time, I think he will manage to write the fourth seeded engine on short notice :D

Looking forward to the event,
Jonathan

The honor would be for me if Winter returns to participate. :)
It is always a pleasure to watch Winter's games for their style of play, unlike many other engines.
In this edition has many chances to be the number 1 of Switzerland.
And of course I would love to add another strong engine for Switzerland, and with these new versions, Switzerland has gained strength, if we put another new engine I'm sure it will make a good tournament.

So, Rubichess, Winter (and engine X  ) and Marvin added.

Thank you all guys :D

Thank you very much for this new version, but there is still time for it to begin, since the qualifying tournaments are played in alphabetical order.

The first three qualifying tournaments start this Thursday (Argentina, Australia and Austria) and, as they finish, I will start the following tournaments.

In any case, thank you very much for your interest, when I am about to start the French tournament I will let you know

On this website I will update the results if you want to follow the other tournaments:
