Only if you just look at the standing. Actually there is only a small gap of 2.5 points between place 5 and 15 out of 16 programs.Engin wrote:very sad results :-(

Perhaps the time management is the problem. I never use tournament tc; always fischer clock. I'll have a look at what I can do for tournament tc.
Also, perhaps Demolito needs pawn storms in the eval, to better manage these opposite castling situations. My testing positions don't favor opposite castling (or anything in particular), just some 5 ply quasi random openings (filtered to be within +/-0.5 pawn).
Theory and practice sometimes clash. And when that happens, theory loses. Every single time.
