Broadcast details

This tournament can be followed more closely from the following link, where games will also be available for download after every two rounds:
http://kirill-kryukov.com/chess/discuss ... f=7&t=8302

Alternatively, if you install TLCV (Tom's Live Chess Viewer) on your computer, you can watch the games live move by move. You'll also be able to chat to others following the tournament in the chatroom there.

Hello Graham!

I released today new version of pikoSzachy Extreme Edition. It's a pity I'm late...

I'll take a look shortly.
Never too late as long as it's not way too strong.

Graham.

Graham.
I can't get pikoSzachy Extreme 2 to run on my i5 either as a winboard engine or through using the wb2uci adapters.

Sorry,
Graham.

Well, if you cannot find a more reliable broadcasting system, you might as well not bother. The large majority of the games show no moves other than the opening moves, and then the board stays frozen for the rest of the game. Only PVs appear (and sometimes the scores are updated). It doesn't matter if you disconnect and reconnect.

You're the only person who has ever reported such an issue.

I wonder if it's a very recent problem. Looking forward to hearing from others.

I have seen the same problem. TLCV seems to freeze in some games. It needs occasional attention.

The Joker-Comet game froze, and currently the Comet-Ifrit game is frozen. So perhaps Comet is one of the engines that sends garbage that TLCS chokes on.
