I believe that Norman is currently working on Fire 3.2 and that it will be a public release.
Pretty sure he wanted to keep Fire 3.1 private, but I'll let Norm answer that.

As for Houdini 5 truth is that nobody knows if at all comes up. What the book is at the moment I'm using WorldClass2013-1.cgb.

The Equinox author was going to send me 3.2, but it hasn't arrived yet.
If it arrives before Equinox is due to play, I can still include it.

Fire question already answered. 8-)
Equinox 3.20 just arrived in the nick of time (about 10 minutes before Equinox was due to play).
It is now in the tournament. :)
