No, the functionality has not changed in the latest development version. (The only functional change that there was has since been reversed) But of course in TCEC it is Stockfish with Syzygy bases playing, so you would have to get Ronald de Man's version of SF 5 if you want the same one.
Debugging is twice as hard as writing the code in the first
place. Therefore, if you write the code as cleverly as possible, you
are, by definition, not smart enough to debug it.

I was thinking something like this:

La Piovra 5 - Il più forte programma di scacchi al mondo. Di pescatori Roberto e Roberto. Con algoritmo di ricerca estensione 'Frutti di Mare'!

A very impressive win for Stockfish. Congratulations to the Stockfish team.

El Cheapo is the most famous person working for the mafia. He forces some programmers to stop.

Congratulations to Stockfish for a well-deserved victory. I knew we would lose the match even before it started when I heard that Stockfish had solved the problem of how to make use of 16 cores effectively just in time for the final. Hopefully we will learn some useful things from the match. My present opinion is that most of Stockfish's lead over Komodo is due to superior time management. That tells me what we should work on next...

Larry,

it is not due to better time management. It is because of much better tactical skills. Try to test Komodo vs Stockfish in solving tactical puzzles...

This statement is simply wrong....

Stockfish is way too aggressive & tactical than Komodo....
