This specific issue would be very easy to fix. Just don't play d4 (or d5 with white) in the opening in this type of positions.
The human will eventually run out of useful moves and will fail miserably. There are indeed engines which are much weaker than Stockfish in direct play but would never ever have played d4 here.

Playing for an interesting attacking grip on the Kingside. As mentioned
engines are not comfortable at all in these kind of positions. White on the
other hand can, after a few trial and errors, get the attack right. Looking
through the game with my stationary and the newest SF, noticed that
20.-Qc7?? at once was considered gross error and showing +4.16 for white.
Instead he wanted to play Nd7 and after Nf6+ chop off at f6 and give a piece
for two pawns thinking roughly even. In fact showing 0.00 there.

At ply 20 Stockfish DD wants to play Qc7. Normally you don´t get bigger depths in blitz on smartphone. To answer your question. Basically yes, you can learn some attacking schemes by trial and error. So you will be familiar with thew methods how to beat engine :)

The 2 last lost for SF could be :
1) A bad king safety eval just before castling and following moves.
2) Too much pruning when the king is in danger because the opponent gave pieces away to remove the defense for the king.

@Lyudmil
I'm curious, do you still play games like this? I'd be very interested to know how the newer versions of engines perform against such strategies.
