And an observation: access to Syzygy bases doesn't work for the 32-bit version !

Thanks Ruxy.

Giraffe does not support Syzygy (yet). Only Gaviota tablebases available here: http://oics.olympuschess.com/tracker/

Yes ! You are right ! But......the problem is the same. Giraffe 20161023 crashes when using Gaviota TBs !

Someone else reported the same. I will look into that.

Hello !

Conditions:

-TC = 4'+2"
-Hash = 128 MB
-Books = Shredder12.ctg
-GUI = Fritz 11
-CPU = Athlon 64 3800+
-OS = Windows XP SP3

Shredder 12 UCI used Nalimov TBs & Shredderbases (loaded into the RAM memory).
I used Andscacs 0.88 r1 version (without Syzygy Bases access).

Thank you very much. But how work the integration of Carballo in Arena ?
I found no executable file (.exe) just a jar. File.

Via a batch file (.bat). Like:

java -jar carballo-1.7.jar -Xmx512M

In Arena GUI select, please, at installation the .bat file (not the .jar file). The .jar file can be transformed, also, in .exe file via some various utilities.

Have a nice evening !

Thanks, I have selected the Windows batch file (.bat) from Carballo.
I can load the engine options, but the engine shows 0mb hash and works not.
Do you have an idea?
