Glass personality challenge

This a much, much harder task than tweaking Chessmaster settings. The default Glass settings might well be unable to be bettered, but I'll keep trying!
I'm running a tourney soon, so those keen on taking up the challenge, don't forget to post your setting here or email it to me if you prefer.

I've started the first tournament with the following settings (CCRL 40/4 equivalent time control). However, if somebody has come up with a setting that they'd like included, I'm happy to take out Relentless and replace it.
