This very good opening book has only one position/move 1.e4 inside. Is it intented?

What are you talking about??

Yes it is intented, the only move it has in the book is e4.

e4 is best by test, no other opening moves needed.

That might or not be the best but the point the everybody else in this thread is trying to raise is that Fritz plays with a much deeper opening book while Stockfish does not, therefore skewing the results. IE the results do not reflect the strength of the 2 programs.
