Hi Graham,

I think there is a problem with the way Plisk games have been adjudicated. I think because plisk025n (the version you have) reports eval from white's point of view it confuses the gui and the games are adjudicated as loses when they are not. Looking at the last 2 games in rounds 32 and 33, when Plisk played white I guess they must have been adjudicated as loss, but they are not.

The one in round 33, Rybka clearly shows a win for black and that is what Plisk says too. Plisk has 4 connected passed pawns and 2 of them on 6th rank.

The one in game 32 is a draw pretty much.

I do agree that was a mistake on my part to have that there (I blame peer pressure :) ) which I already fixed. Shall I give you a fixed version of Plisk?

Regards,
Vlad.

[D]8/3k1p2/3np2p/3p4/1p1b3p/p1p2R2/5PP1/1R3K2 w - -[D]

Plisks eval (who plays black is -12.30) and for some reason Chessmind's eval is 19.20 (which I think is totally wrong).

At this point it was adjudicated as a loss for black, but that is not the case.

Regards,
Vlad.

Thanks for pointing this game out. I will check it when I get home and edit as necessary. Plisk's scoring will sometime causes problems as was discussed previously, whereas this version of ChessMind is a nightmare.
Any other issues, please let me know. This is one of the advantages of making the games available for download.

Cheers,
Graham.

That would be really helpful Vlad. :)
I'll recheck all of the Plisk games, not just the two mentioned.

Cheers,
Graham.
