A forum game is tough business for the operator.
Chances for yet another game seem slim

Matthias.
My engine was quite strong till I added knowledge to it.

There will be another game just depends on who will run it.
Steve has nothing else to do anyway. :)

Well i wish that were true Gerold
:P

actually i would prefer to be a normal team member for the next game as i was for the second game

Perhaps Nick can consider operating a dedicated computer for this game?
he joined the last game just as it was ending and he does have a very good collection of dedicated computers

whatever you guys choose to do i will contiune to update the PGN and current board position until the new mod team takes over
Moderator Nominations will begin the week of Jan 8-14 2010 with Elections the Week of Jan 15-Jan 22

Hi Steve,
Thanks for putting me on the spot! I don't know if I could be that dedicated for 40/50 days

The real concerns I have are work related (might have to travel some), also I am planning to go to Brazil for a couple of weeks in middle of February.

Certainly I am willing to help in order to give you a well deserved break, but you or someone else might have to step in if I have to travel and definately end of Feb for two weeks.

Alternatively I could do the next one after this one.

Regards

Nick

Ray is happy to run a Daydreamer 1.61 FRC game against us. He can relay the moves to me and I can post them.
Let me know if that's what you'd all like to do.

That would be great. Although, Daydreamer 1.61 is much stronger than the dedicateds.

Best,
Carlos

Just a suggestion. Doesn't necessarily have to be an FRC game either.

Cheers,
Graham.
