There are many options...

We could capture d4 with Rb1 Bb4 (forced) and Nxd4, but maybe we could play
Ra8+ Kh7/ Nxg5+ Kg7/ Ne6+ Kh7 (forced, otherwise Kf7 loses the rook after Nf4-Nd5 or Nh5) and now we repeat the trick Rb1 Bb4 Nxd4.
Moving the rook to the h column is also good. Rf2 --> Rh2 at several points.

I would not even think about winning the completely unimportant d4 pawn. That would lose too much time. The black king can't escape and his pieces are not very helpful in defending him, so we'd better play straight forward and win more material. E.g. after Ra8+ Kh7 Nxg5+ Kg7 Rf2 I can't see how Black can avoid to lose much material (Be1 Rg2 and there is no defense).

Rf2 should be it. Black cannot move anything but the bishop and Rg2 Ne6+ will put the game away.
