I have not updated the ChessThinker site yet, but you can directly download from Thomas' site:

I wish he would keep a readme inside the folder with the recent changes..

Thinker is a good engine, so I dont want to be asking for too much.

Just an interface bug fix. And its a quick one too (removed a couple of lines).
