I guess that the error bars are several hundred Elo.
I suggest that 30 games is the bare minimum we should use against a single opponent if we want the impression to be solid, and several hundred before we can rest with confidence and several thousand before we can be totally sure.
All that having been said, it is likely that your opinion is correct.
