I am currently running the Ethereal12.75-x64-pext-avx2.exe Version against igel-x64_bmi2_avx2_3_0_0 And so far I do NOT notice the difference after 8 games, I will post the final result after 20 games are finished.

Ethereal12.75-x64-pext-avx2.exe Version against igel-x64_bmi2_avx2_3_0_0 at the end I did NOT noticed any difference, the exact same result for both versions of Ethereal

I don't know why I'm answering the Chesstroll again because it won't change anything but...
You probably did something wrong in your tests... again.
My guess is that you haven't set any value for the Hashtable size in your test.
Ethereal has default 16MB, Igel has default Hash 128MB.

From one person accused of being a Chesstroll to one known to be a Chesstroll, I set both to 64MB. I can set both Hashtable to 128MB and run it again if you want:roll:

Honestly it is NOT making much of a difference here is the progress of both engines Hashtable set to 128MB

Never in his life he was able to produce one meaningful game for over 20 years now.
All the time he wrecks something up in his setups. After being told about it, he starts this and that excuse, that's sooooo boring.

I guess as long as he is pestering the forum with such frequency again, I will use my own forum!
