After waiting for 7 days I will get my Refurbished Ryzen7

I thought that the Refurbished AMD Ryzen computers were refurbished in the USA, but today I was told that next Tuesday I will receive my Refurbished Ryzen 7 computer since the ship could NOT crossed the Suez Canal because Ever Given was blocking the Canal. Now my question is where do they Refurbish most computers that are sold out on Ebay ? I believe that is a sorry excuse, they probably send it in a Donkey or the cheapest possible way
