A question for the gentlemen of Komodo. When there will be a new version of the Dragon program, because you haven't shared anything for a long time.

Dragon rules the FRC at TCEC ==> https://tcec-chess.com/live.html#div=fr ... &season=20

Yeah right. 50 games, 25.5 - 24.5, error margins are gigantic. Re-run the match with a different set of FRC positions and you may well get the opposite result. Who rules then ? A narrow TCEC tournament win with a small number of games does not mean Elo domination. (congrats to Dragon nevertheless)

If it was Stockfish that won with the same small margin would you say "Yeah right. 50 games, 25.5 - 24.5, error margins are gigantic. Re-run the match with a different set of FRC positions and you may well get the opposite result"

There are 960 positions so we will never know unless you test the 960 positions, but with the improve FRC NET that Stockfish has it is my favorite to win even with 960 positions

Yes indeed, I would say exactly the same for any engine.

Well the way that I look at it is that the rule of how many games the TCEC FRC3 was going to last was set to be 50 games, and in order to be a winner even if it is very close ending in order to win Dragon had to performed a little bit better and it did and that is the end of it.
