Where can i find the net Fin-Finder for Lc0?

At the moment this net plays a match against Stockfish on youtube.

Can someone help to find the downloadsite of this strong net?

According to the chat of this video on YouTube, it is 'A test setting and NN for Lc0' and 'It is new settings and nn. It is my settings and name' in words of the streamer, who is a member at TalkChess and usually posts tests results. He is the person who can help you.
