Hi all,

because I've made no progress since 4.40dev and because CEGT is already testing Guenther's compiles, I decided to make this an official release.
I've sent an e-mail to Emil so hopefully http://vlasak.biz/cheng will be updated soon.
for those who can't wait I also made a release on github: https://github.com/kmar/cheng4/releases/tag/4.40, just click the zip file.
special thanks to David Safranek (http://sx.rosada.cz) who runs a Cheng bot on Lichess, which motivated me to work a bit on Cheng once more.

happy New year and have fun

Martin

Hi all,

Pleased to announce that I have just released Eubos v2.0. This version gets a major revision increment because it implements multithreading for parallel search (actually using a multiple worker thread shared hash table approach). It also includes various optmisations and search/evaluation function improvements that mean v2.0 is a good deal stronger than the last v1.1.6 release. :D

You can get it at http://github.com/cjbolt/EubosChess/releases/tag/v2.0

The Terra website is gone, I have addded a link to the wayback archives for informations about Terra (does not contain download links)
I have also added a link to all still available versions of Terra @ the Ridderkerk wayback archives. All downloads are tested and work.

The Tornado website is gone too since a few days.
(This must be at least the 6th, or seventh time it was deleted from one day to another...)
There is no wayback archive.
