New release Pedone 3.0

I've just released a new version of my engine.

These are the changes:
- Pure neural network evaluation
- Tuning search parameters
- Fix a bug in chess960 mode
- Improved futility pruning formula

For this release I would like to thank Dale Weiler for the header incbin used to embed the neural network in the executable.
Compared to version 2.1 is about 150 elo stronger.
I have removed from the package the 32 bit executables.

My test (in progress) shows that Pedone 3.0 is an over 3400 Elo points (CCRL Blitz) chess engine.

Yes it's original, I've not used stockfish code, I've implemented only a similar idea with small differences to the net and with my own training code.
The net has been trained with 300M positions evaluated by Pedone with traditional evaluation at depth 14.

Fabio I want to test Pedone 3.0 NNUE on Apple Silicon M1!!! (Cfish 12 10 Millions nps) E' un supplizio di Tantalo... Ma perchè solo a me non funziona??? Sono sicuro che darebbe del filo da torcere a chiunque, se non ce l'hai non puoi chiedere a qualcuno che ha un mac M1?
