This is a bug fix release that fixes a few annoying issues. Depending on time control it may be a few elo stronger or a few elo weaker compared to 4.0.0. For rating lists I don't see a need to test this release if you have already tested 4.0.0.
Change:
* Reverted time management changes introduced in 3.6.0 since they had a negative effect when using Fischer time controls
* Fixed search depth handling when using multiple threads
* Fixed a number of smaller issues related to search info output
