There is substantial hate-history from AS, going back over a decade. He knows exactly what I think of him, as does the other malicious slug gratuitously commenting in this thread.
The beginnings of the thread refer to the possibility of malicious allegations.
AS was deliberate trouble stirring, fauxpologies included, malicious slug gratuitous behaviour was in support, both knew exactly what they were doing. Both are running on hate-stirring, and hate-stirring is one of the elements of dysfunctionality of CCC in general.
To repeat, I enter online tournament for my fun, if the two little pieces of shit wish to make it not fun, I’m out. So, I’m out.

Did you bother to click on the link? I guess Euros are having trouble with the reference, though in the US pretty much anyone would get it. Besides, copy code for what? To win the ACCA? Become famous? Cash in on the big paycheck? Make the speaking circuit? I mean, a little perspective might help.

Last year, I was asked by the Leiden organizer to consider withdrawing my entry as the difference in strength was so big it would be no fun for me, and no fun for the rest. I did so. I might do so here for the very same reason, though I'd still join the group chat. The point being, it is a modest for-fun event. All this talk about copying or worrying about such just seems silly. No offense meant to Charles who runs a fun and well-organized event. I loved the way everyone sent a picture raising a toast to the winner and thought it illustrated the spirit of the event to perfection: sportsmanship and goodwill.

I did bother to read the link, known Trump story, no relationship to "exposing source code". It reads as a hiddeen accusation, without the slightest piece of evidence.

Post 1: Entry of program is called CoronaVirusChess
Post 2: Great name.
Post 3: "it could kill 6% of its competition and put the rest in the ICU" (an obvious reference to Covid killing the rival programs as it kills people)
Post 4: (my post) Expose the source code to sunlight (implying to kill CoronaVirusChess).

Trump had proposed using UV or sunlight inside people's bodies to kill the virus. The inside of a program (as I see it) would be the source code, so killing CoronaVirusChess using Trump's method would be to expose the source code to sunlight. Simple.

More simple is writing : " it was just a joke ( as I understood this) with the engine's name . But it seems we can't joke with everybody here at CCC in 2020 .
