Remote UCI

Post by cdani »

Hello.
I found two tools to use remotely an UCI engine. One is the computer chess utilities, Netchess, of Bernhard Wallner. It works but ChessBase thinks is an x86 engine and limits its maximum hash to 3072 MB.
And another is an old connect.exe of HGM that does not work in Windows 10.
HGM, maybe can you recompile it so it becomes x64 and compatible with Windows 10?
Or is there another utility that works well?
Many thanks.

I have been using the Bernhard Wallner NetChess for a long while now and it works very well in my networked environment.
