- rewrite pawn eval
- fixed a bug that's caused problem in IE

Estimated strength: ~10 elo stronger than previous version.

tomitankChess (with node.js) run in Arena, WinBoard and Cutehess as well.

I tested only against previous version (4.0) (only with 2000 games)
Unfortunately, I didn't have time.
It is maybe weaker against other engines than the previous version.
I hope not!
