Can arm-based w10-devices run F.Hubers chesscomputer-emulator?

Did someone have one of this devices and can run the chesscomputer emulator of F.Huber ?

A) Microsoft Surface Pro X

or

B) Samsung Galaxy Book S

I am asking because this modern arm-devices can only run a very limited number of windows-software according to tests.

Ok, nobody has this devices.

Maybe i should wait which new devices the ces 2021 will bring to the world.
