RIP Marcel. MSCP was a fun program to study when I first started my journey into chess programming.

Very sad to hear of this.
Taking ideas is not a vice, it is a virtue. We have another word for this. It is called learning.
But sharing ideas is an even greater virtue. We have another word for this. It is called teaching.

Sad to hear this.

I hope that you'll pass on the condolences of the computer chess community, and let his loved ones know that he provided a lot of people with a lot of enjoyment.
