Have you tried the same handicap with full castling rights to compare? I think it would make more sense for you to play at rook handicap rather than knight plus queen pawn, not so much because it is a larger handicap, but because it will feel much more like a normal game of chess. You could try rook handicap with normal castling and then with no castling for you, to see how much difference it makes. Of course you need to play a few games each way to draw conclusions.
I do not know my rating since i have been paying a GM online for the last 10 months to help me improve, all that I know is that I have been playing as a guess here https://play.chessbase.com/en/ and it goes from 1750 to 1975> I always play the same move until I master it which is 1.h3 the Clemenz Opening just to throw my opponent off their memorized opening repertoire. And for Black no matter how my opponent open the game I play 1....g6 followed by 2.......Bg7 and most of the time my third move is 3......c5. I will be there challenging anybody in the next 2 minutes simply go here to

If we assume that you are something like FIDE 1850 level, then I think you would be doing well if you can come out ahead of Komodo at rook handicap in 15' games, without a castling restriction, even on an ordinary pc. But it's vital to set Contempt to something like 200, otherwise it will just let you trade pieces and reach a rook up endgame.
Tomorrow I will play Knight odds with same d or e pawn removed but with my castling right. can you also play a few games with Knight odds No castling tomorrow. It would be nice if you can record yourself on youtube.

A Knight and an extra pawn with castle Right is too much to give even to an Expert, but I was lucky this time. Almost lost on time again

I noticed something wrong with Komodo, if it finds mate in x amount of moves it Resign, and it should NOT resign if it is playing against a human. I was thinking at that time well Komodo found Mate in 86+ moves but I only have 2 minutes left i am running out of time and there is no way that I will be able to find mate in 50+ moves. I was about to Resign knowing that it was going to be impossible for me to find Mate in so many moves with only 2.5 minutes.

PS: Komodo should have a function to NOT resign even if it find Mate against itself in favor of the opponent, because we humans are NOT engines and more likely will NOT find Mate in such a short time.

I thought Komodo was UCI. And UCI engines cannot resign at all; there is no protocol command for it.

Blame the GUI...

lkaufman wrote: Fri Apr 17, 2020 6:28 pm Some questions/suggestions. What is your Elo rating (FIDE if you have one, online if you don't)?
I will be there challenging anybody in the next 2 minutes simply go here to
https://play.chessbase.com/en/ I will identify myself by ChessQueen

Something is terribly wrong. White is completely winning up to move 27, then just gives away its queen for no reason. Komodo would never do this. Perhaps it is set for one of the crippled skill levels, I can't think of any other reason it would do this. Can you replicate this blunder or offer any plausible explanation?

Something is terribly wrong. White is completely winning up to move 27, then just gives away its queen for no reason. Komodo would never do this. Perhaps it is set for one of the crippled skill levels, I can't think of any other reason it would do this. Can you replicate this blunder or offer any plausible explanation?
Honestly, I do not know what happened I know that I was eating and move my hands quickly and bumped into the keyboard probably force Komodo to play fast after a few seconds, in which it threw away its Queen; But after you wrote that I did went back to the end of move 26 and Komodo was beating me badly, which I regret not to play positionally; therefore, I lost that game and decided play another game which lasted longer but still Komodo is too strong for me with a knight odds and a pawn removed. Anyway here is another interesting and well fought game between a patzer like me versus Komodo Handicap.

lkaufman wrote: Fri Apr 17, 2020 6:28 pm Some questions/suggestions. What is your Elo rating (FIDE if you have one, online if you don't)?
I will be there challenging anybody in the next 2 minutes simply go here to
https://play.chessbase.com/en/ I will identify myself by ChessQueen

Something is terribly wrong. White is completely winning up to move 27, then just gives away its queen for no reason. Komodo would never do this. Perhaps it is set for one of the crippled skill levels, I can't think of any other reason it would do this. Can you replicate this blunder or offer any plausible explanation?

Honestly, I do not know what happened I know that I was eating and moved my hands quickly and bumped into the keyboard and noticed that Komodo played instantly, in which it threw away its Queen; But after you wrote that I did went back to the end of move 26 and Komodo was beating me badly, which I regret not to play positionally; therefore, I lost that game and decided play another game which lasted longer but still Komodo is too strong for me with a knight odds and a pawn removed. Anyway here is another interesting and well fought game between a patzer like me versus Komodo Handicap. You are correct I should try Komodo 11 with a Rook odds

lkaufman wrote: Fri Apr 17, 2020 6:28 pm Some questions/suggestions. What is your Elo rating (FIDE if you have one, online if you don't)?
I will be there challenging anybody in the next 2 minutes simply go here to
https://play.chessbase.com/en/ I will identify myself by ChessQueen

I believe that the reason why I did NOT get at least a draw is because I failed to trade pieces whenever i had a chance to do it, since I am already a Knight odds and a pawn. Next time I will at least get a Draw

Some points:
1. Komodo would not blunder a queen after thinking for a few seconds. If you forced a move (by accident) almost instantly after you played that might do it.
2. If you can win by trading, it probably means you just neglected to set Contempt to a value like 200. That should make it difficult for you to force even trades.
3. If you like knight plus pawn handicap, you'll have a much better chance if you remove f2 pawn. Removing a center pawn helps White develop, whereas removing f2 just weakens his king. Knight plus f2 odds is almost as much as rook odds.
4. In one message you said you were Expert, meaning (at least in US) over 2000 rating, although you said your online rating never reached 2000. Do you have some basis for 2000 rating?

that is only an estimate since the highest that I ever saw my guess estimate when I play online Chessbase was 1975, but it is the same as calling somebody a GM for the rest of their life when in reality the rating is so hard to keep especially as a person get older like in your case. The real reason why I called myself an expert is based on my trainer who is a GM online who always referred to me as my expert student. I really never asked him why he call me expert, is it because he respect me for being way older than him since am am his older online student or because the way I answered his questions on most positions that he present to me online and how I should approach and best play any of his positions after he give us his lessons. Anyway I feel like an expert. There are certain positions that during the game Komodo does not have a way of avoiding a trade or it will lose even more than an even trade, and that is why when those chances arrived I should trade when I am a piece up.

PS: On a second note where is the game or games that you were going to play Knight odds No Castle against your beast ?
