Novag Star Diamond - Glue for vinyl (rubber?) board?

Hi,
Hopefully one of the dedicated unit gurus can help me out. I have a Novag Star Diamond dedicated computer, and the vinyl (rubber?) board is lifting up a bit on one side and needs to be tacked down. Can anyone recommend the best type and/or brand name of glue to use for this repair so that the rubber board won't be damaged by the glue?
