After 39 sec, Blue Honey XI-r1 sticks to it on 1 core here (!). Could anyone explain me what "Deep Pro analysis" does? With this on, the engine solves this puzzle faster.

That is just Minic with forward pruning disable.

Code: Select all

minic -analyze "fen goes here" depth_here -mateFinder 1

4 engines added :

Code: Select all

Engine : number found ; avg time; avg time+penalty

CorChess V6 : 156 pos ; 327 sec ; 1203 sec
Crystal 2020-05-02 : 136 pos ; 187 sec ; 1421 sec
Stockfish 9 : 130 pos ; 473 sec ; 1691 sec
Sting-SF-20 : 119 pos ; 240 sec ; 1723 sec
Very good results by CorChess V6 !!

The sheet has been updated : http://home.scarlet.be/vincentlejeune/c ... s-2020.ods

The following engines I'd want to add :

MateFinder X
SugaR NN X
Cfish X
AMSFish X
Houdidit 6.03 (+tactical)
Fire 7.1
Spark 1.0
Naum 4.6
Komodo X
Defenchess 2.2
Booot 6.4
RofChade
Laser
Schooner
+ some EMAN versions (4.20, 4.30, 5.10, ...)

I thought stooflees was private. Is it publicly available?
Taking ideas is not a vice, it is a virtue. We have another word for this. It is called learning.
But sharing ideas is an even greater virtue. We have another word for this. It is called teaching.

Yes, you have to ask GCP to get Stooflees.
My graphic card is old, so I won't run any NN engines for a while.
