Wow, that's... "unexpected". I wonder if we'll see a new windows version as well?

It's pretty nice for Linux. I still like xboard better for analysis - but Arena clearly has a better engine handler interface. With xboard, I can start 3 windows each using a completely different engines for analysis, divide my 64 threads appropriately ( two A/B engines each using 30 threads and one NN engine using the RTX 2060 and two threads). The remaining two threads are for me to do other things and the OS.

I am currious what exactly you mean by 'engine handler interface', and what you think are the various pros and cons of Arena compared to XBoard.

... same as previous version - with Debian 9 new Arena is fine, with Debian 10 it is not working for me :(
