Hi there,

1. RubiChess
now RubiChess 1.9 NNUE is available.
Very nice for my next FCP Tourney-2021.

Have many thanks Andreas!
And sorry for 1-2 messages from myself in your RubiChess thread (nothing to do RubiChess).

The NET file is inside the download file!
https://github.com/Matthies/RubiChess/

But here in special for NET files!
https://github.com/Matthies/NN

Very clearly arranged, easy to install.

2. Scorpio

Per install.bat a newer Scorpio 3.0.10 version is possible!
scorpio.exe v3.0.10 from October 29th, 2020 (1.165.312 bytes ... the last download file).
scorpio.exe v3.0.10 from November 15th, 2020 (1.169.920 bytes ... I got after install.bat).

Thanks to Andreas and Daniel.

If Daniel read that:
Not possible to set the full path to nnprobe-windows-cpu in the "Path environement variable" is for Shredder GUI!
I wrote a lot to Scorpio on my new configuration-site.

I know from my Arena times ... with Arena possible.
In my opinion not directly an order for yourself ... more for the Shredder programmer.

An engine full of details ... (Scorpio).

Thank you, I like it!!

Best
Frank

Of course you can :) I was too lazy to announce Rubi, but my site is up to date.

But as I am already here:

released:
Supernova 2.2.1
SF dev from today
-----------------------
(Drofa 2.0.6 dev (src) - guess I will compile it today)
(Koivisto 5.0 is not far way 4.8 dev and 4.9 dev compilations already on my HD)

What's the deal with Rubi's NNUE implementation? Is it "original" or another SF clone? I see it's disabled by default, and the user has to manually enable it to use the networks. When testing, should we leave it disabled (like Minic) for now?

Andreas prefers NNUE as default.

The NNUE is his own:
My NNUE net is 100% based on my own evaluations training data.

Yeah, but that's just the network. What about the implementation, trainer, etc?

Implementation is SF per the source code.

Then why is 'use NNUE ' false by default?
