Megadatabase 2020 icon

Today i did a maintenance of Megadatabase 2020 (double games removed) and now i don't see its original icon on Chessbase 15. Why this? And how can i come back with previous original icon? Thanks for your reply.

You probably removed the icon by accident, when you tried to remove duplicate games.
Just right-click into the window, and choose "Open Database" from the context menu or press Ctrl+O, navigate to the MegaBase and click "Open".
The icon will reappear.
