Thanks.
Why did you choose this net for test and why did you not choose other well-known net like 42850, T40B.4-160 or -260, 40.T8.610, etc? In the latter case we can make comparison more easily to earlier tests.
Sergio will either have had it recommended to him, or chosen it due to its high performance rating there.

Nobody claimed that it had been sent to us.

Are we even talking about the same Sergio?
Fat Titz by Stockfish, the engine with the bodaciously big net. Remember: size matters. If you want to learn more about this engine just google for "Fat Titz".

I've used the following nets in the past:

32930
42482
41800
42716
JH.T6.532
T40B.4-160

In some cases I chose the net that had been sent to TCEC. In other cases I just had to look at all the test results on discord, and try and make a judgement as to which was looking promising. Sometimes you make a good choice, sometimes it ends up being not so good. Sometimes you choose a net and have to abandon it when it becomes clear that it is not promising, and you've wasted that CPU/GPU time. And then of course it depends what GPU you have, some nets are possibly better for weaker GPUs, some nets need stronger GPUs. I'm unlikely to test Lc0 again, too much negativity.

Sergio Martinez is a CCRL tester.
sergiovieri must be somebody involved with Lc0 nets.

Not only that you mix two completely different persons, you also mix "to get a recommendation" with "to send something" which is also completely different. This is a quite bad style of opinion-making.

Apology, I was confused with two people.

Well, ok, but don't write off net 49921 just yet.
Ran a few Tests myself and like CCRL guys I too was impressed by it.
Though admittedly only a few Games, NONE of the other nets mentioned in this Topic were able to beat it, on my System at least.
All Draws.
Another surprising thing I found out was that number of Threads used didn't make any difference to the Results.
