I use ChessBase14 and no position missing for me.

I have allways 287 Pos.

Edit: Maybe the count in the FritzGUI-Testroutine has an error in this case?

I found what causes the missing.
I used the tool "Process Test Sets" of Fritz 11 GUI. For this I changed the .pgn file to .cbh file with Fritz 6 because the tool can use .cbh file only. It is pity but Fritz 6 one .pgn position could not change to .cbh position - here happened the missing. For control I would make a comparison between the two position list other program than Fritz 6. Sorry! It would be more better if Fritz 14 would have the tool of "Process Test Sets" with .cbh file and .pgn file.
