Oh, hey, would you mind sharing? It's weird for me to say that something was the most stylistic engine from Glaurung codebase when I didn't even know about S5 Fury! I guess the version I've used the most in my life was one right before S5, the "TCEC6" version by Jeremy Bernstein because of its Persistent Hash, I wonder if other people created personalities but kept them private.

Caveat: This seems to work well on my machine (Win 7). Anyone else may have different results, obviously. Currently it is involved in an 8 player 4 RR, with a 15 min/side per game. The other engines are such as Bright 0.3a, Fritz 5.32, Booot 5.1.0, Zappa 1.0, Gandalf 5.1, Crafty 18.15, and Arasan 16.3. Currently SF 5 (Fury) is +20 out of 20 games played with 8 more games to play. And, of course, against more up to date engines, e.g. Komodo 13.1, Stockfish 10, etc., this engine would not perform so well - prob more like losing every game. Even so...

LOL!! Oh, so, so sorry! I've been liking your settings, too. BTW, that SF 5 (Fury) is now +21/21 with a nice endgame win.BrendanJNorman wrote: ↑Thu Sep 05, 2019 4:32 pmBastard! Thanks Dayffd, will check it out!
Also, before testing I'll rise its depth or lower its depth so it plays at the same strength as its opponents, so don't worry about that
