As Mike pointed out, there is no real anomalous behavior here. When the switch to Rh1 occurs, it is still a vast improvement from -6 to -1 (the search has not yet seen that Bxh7+ is winning).
TBs usage can result in different search cutoffs at different plies & depths, which can add some variability to the search. Often it is better, though sometimes it can delay awareness of tactical shots for a few iterations.

No - Honey did not found Bxh7 with one thread in less than 3 minutes with 6 man tb ( or 7 man). Neither did Crystal-Honey - but if you switch to 6 core and 1024M hash, Crystal-Honey finds Bxh7 in 4.42 secs with a positive score. Honey did not find it in 3 minutes with 6 core as well. It is getting hung up with the Rh1 move and all the related failed highs that move is causing.

He is saying about downloading UCI from Github. U end up downloading SC instead of the UCI engine.
