Sounds good. 256 TFLOPS for 16-bit floats, 512TOPS for 8-bit ints. At a power consumption of 310W.

It aims at Nvidia's V100, which is about 10K $, so probably nothing for LC0 fans.
The RTX 2080 TI has ~100 TOPs FP16 for ~1.2K $, and it is still TSMC 12 nm, so
we can expect some boost with the next 7nm architecture in 2020 or so, if Nvidia
continues with RTX + TensorCores.
