Okay, so from my laptop I am able to get it to run with no problems. On my desktop however I am getting Calibration file not found.

scorpio.bat runinpnn calibrate.epd calibrate.dat quit <ok>

scorpio.bat go quit <Calibration file not found>

Note: Even from Administrator: Command Prompt

This must be either because you didn't run the calibration needed for INT8 firs, or if you did it is because you moved the network file.
You can run calibration using

All the steps required are explained in this document.

Edit I see you have run the calibraton already. In any case I am sure INT8 will work since your GPU is >10xxx.
Also make sure there is a "calibrate.dat" file where he "calibrate.epd" file is. Please follow the instructions in the document.

Also i run a couple of games under Arena without a problem.
Can you post the log file ? I want to see what commands are being sent from the GUI and on which command it "hangs".
This is kind of obvious but have you installed it a uci engine now? You have it installed as xboard engine before so you might have forgotten.

This is kind of obvious but have you installed it a uci engine now? You have it installed as xboard engine before so you might have forgotten.
Also make sure it is finding and loading the net properly. If LittleBlitzzer has a menu to view the settings of an engine (Engine->Configure in arena),
then check if nn_path and egbb_path are set to where they should point to. It could be that it remembers the options from the xboard-scorpio before and tried to apply it to the new one causing a confusion ... Just guessing here, but there is not much I can do without a log file.

Also note that Max mentioned previously in this thread that he got the uci scorpio working under chess GUI (a uci only GUI) to work, so that makes it three GUIs that uci scorpio works under.

Played now several games between Scorpio and other engines within HIARCS Chess Explorer on macOS. All without any problems!

There is a issue with the analysis mode (at least with HCE gui). After activating analysis, Scorpio (uci) shows it's thinking process on the position. Fine, but when going through the game now, i.e. switching to the next move, the output becomes empty! Cpu load indicates that Scorpio is still running, but doesn't show it's output any more.

Yes, I haven't finished implementing neither "analysis mode" nor "pondering" because I couldn't understand the uci protocol properly.

In my case I lost a similar Elo when going from xboard to uci, especially detectable in fast games. This was because the uci protocol sends the entire playlist to the engine with each move. I try to use only the last move and not go through the entire list, unless I receive the command ucinewgame. The problem is if GUI doesn't have the ucinewgame command, although I only know an old version of Fritz (Fritz 9).

In the case of the ponder, with xboard I only sent to think with infinite time to fill in the hash tables, with 5 lines of code were enough, when passing to uci, I had to prepare it to inform the gui that the second move of the pv was the move to ponder, then I had to prepare the engine for when I received a ponderhit not interrupt the search and knew how much time I still had to think, so I had to add new variables to save information. I also had to keep the engine from leaving the search even if it had reached maximum depth, only when I received the stop command. It took me twice as much work to configure the ponder to add the rest of the uci protocol. Also I think I remember that some GUI tried different ponder.

In the case of analyzing, there I found no differences, it was practically including the same code in the xboard Analyze command to the uci go Infinite command.

I'll try and find time to try the Lc0 version. The xboard version worked from the command line but I simply couldn't get it to work in my GUIs, it would never make a move.
