In your output does ce negative mean Black is better or the side not to move (White here) is better?

It's EPD so it means the side to move is worse so white is better.
Taking ideas is not a vice, it is a virtue. We have another word for this. It is called learning.
But sharing ideas is an even greater virtue. We have another word for this. It is called teaching.

I don't know of an easy way to make this Lc0 output readable as pgn format, so I did it manually:

[pgn][FEN "5rk1/NpR5/3p1q1b/3Pp2p/4Pn2/5P1b/PPQ2B1P/4N2K w - - 9 29"] 29. Nc8 Re8 30. Nb6 Kh8 31. Bg3 Rg8 32. Qf2 Ng6 33. Nc4 h4 34. Rxb7 hxg3 35. hxg3 Nf4 36. gxf4 Bxf4 37. Nxd6 Qxd6 38. After Lc0's 72... Rxa7, the position is

[d]8/r2k4/3P4/4PK2/1P3P2/8/8/8 w - - 0 1

which is a tablebase draw.

Long before that, SF thinks Lc0's PV is 0.00.

But SF thinks Lc0's 68.a4 is a blunder for White that changes the eval from 0.00 to (depth=50)

-2.29 68...Ke6 69.Kf3 Rc8 70.b5 Rc4 71.a5 Rc5 72.b6 Rxa5 73.Ke2 Rb5 74.b7 Rxb7 75.Ke3 Rb5 76.Kf3 Rb3+ 77.Kf2 Rb4 78.Kf3 Rb5 79.Ke3 Kd7 80.Kd3 Rb3+ 81.Ke2 Rb4 82.Ke3 Rb8 83.Kf3 Ra8 84.Kf2 Ke6 85.Kf3 Ra6 86.Kg3 Ra4 87.Kf3 Kf5 88.Ke3 Ra5 89.Kf2 Rd5 90.Ke3 Rd1 91.Ke2 Ra1 92.Kf2 Rb1 93.Ke2 Rb7 94.Kd3

so maybe Lc0's PV is not correct that deep into the line.

Afterwards, I saw tbhits 2177196. Obviously not 7-man then.
Was it 5-man TBs?

I see. The final position in the PV has 6 men, so maybe that's why the line stopped there. It's a TB draw.
Maybe other lines with the same first move led to 6-man TB losses, which led to the small negative eval Lc0 attaches to the PV.
