Jumbo 0.7.0 released

Post by Sven »

I finally switched from 0.6.x to 0.7.0. My expectation after the usual ultra-fast self-play test games is that this version is about 20-40 Elo points stronger than the previous release 0.6.107. In terms of TCEC (where an intermediate version 0.6.117 played) Jumbo is still a loss machine :D (the term was coined by some people in the TCEC chat).

Thanks Sven.
Most of the spectators in TCEC would indeed lose to Jumbo.

Yes, I remember. I think that might have been caused by the new TCEC ratings that need getting used to. When QL started a rating of about 3000 was shown for Jumbo ...

So instead of just winning 1.5 in TCEC, it might win 3.5 or 4 games out of 30 in TCEC

Jumbo actually made 2.0 points out of 34 - you have missed the fourth draw vs Minic
